Our products are handmade in small batches and there will be variations which are not product flaws but proof that it’s made by human hands and not machines.
You may notice a few wet spots which are basically patches on your jar that almost looks like air bubbles between the wax and glass. It happens when the wax has pulled away from the edge of the glass. It does not affect the performance of the candle in absolutely anyway.

Returns & Exchange

Due to the high cost of shipping home decor products, we do not permit return/ exchange except in case of a manufacturing defect or damage in transit wherein we will replace the product.

To request a replacement, please send an email to hello@limndesigns.com or WhatsApp on 9003526591 with the order number and photographs of the issue with the packaging box it came with. Please send this information within 2 days of receiving the product and we can take it forward from there.
